    Description

    This 7.4 hectare development features land located on Greenhithe Road, adjacent to the upper harbour motorway in Greenhithe. It’s developed into 84 level or benched residential lots that were delivered over a two year period, with new roading, drainage and recreation reserves.

    Description

    Oyster Capital were involved as development partner for a 4050 sqm site at 57 Lake Side Road on the shores of Lake Wanaka. Oyster assisted in the design and consent process for 14 high-end residential apartments.

    Pataua River

    Description

    The development includes 233 hectares of land on Addison and Campbell Roads, fronting onto the Pataua River. 200 hectares of inland property was sold to neighboring farmers while the remaining riverfront land was consented and developed as a 9 lot secure farm lifestyle product with all owners having river access suitable for boat launching. Both post and rail fencing and a six meter white quartz chip carriageway where built. Owners manage the farm with an incorporated resident’s society structure.

    A 16 hectare avocado orchard on Tara Road, Mangawhai was given consent to develop 16 residential lots with separate titles and common ownership. Access to the existing orchard was gained and the land sold on ready in time for development.

    Sandy Bay Farms

    Description

    520 hectares of the original 615 hectare Culham Station on Matapouri Road were sold on to neighboring farmers in smaller quantities while the remaining 95 hectares were developed as a farm park in nine titles. With a gated entrance, post and rail fencing and a six-meter carriageway the land is fully fenced and managed by the owners with an incorporated resident’s society structure.

    Fort Street Offices

    Description

    The 1020 sqm character building, built in 1905, was refurbished in 2004 for office spaces, which occupied the upper two floors, while excavation of the lower levels made space for an eccentric bar and night club space. Earthquake strengthening was undertaken to bring the building up to seismic codes. The building was then sold on completion to a law firm for offices and leasing.
