Description

Alford Terraces is a collection of 21 architecturally designed dwellings positioned on the waters edge of the Pollen Island Marine Reserve in Waterview. A range of standalone, duplex and terraced dwellings designed by Shanahan Architects respond to the unique setting of the site, maximising views across the harbour, whilst creating private spaces for residents to enjoy. An Esplanade Reserve adjoining the coastal marine area has been developed for the enjoyment of the general public, and includes a pedestrian path and coastal plantings to enhance and restore the coastal edge of the site.
